Below are the answers to the most common questions we get which will explain our product, our warranty and background:
Regarding the box and papers, in this case our customer lost the box and papers in a move many years ago. However, your watch will arrive in an elegant presentation box with our warranty and guarantee document of authenticity.
The watch has just been given a factory quality service by our finest watchmaker and comes with our 18-month warranty and lifetime service commitment. All the parts are factory original, as only original parts will work in it.
The dial, however, is custom made by our specialty dial house. It is not made by Rolex; however, it is made to “Rolex of Switzerland” rigorous specifications. In fact, the watch still has a factory rating on it. You can only get this rating when all the parts are original.
It is worth noting that this watch only had a 12-month warranty when it was new. However, we are so confident of our workmanship and team that we offer an 18-month warranty on all our watches, even those over 100 years old.
You are welcome to take the watch to a "Factory Authorized Rolex Service Center" to have it authenticated. I only request you do not take it to your "local watch repair" as I do not want it to be damaged when it is opened or closed, which can easily happen. If it is damaged this will impact on your right to return it for a full and courteous refund.
Lastly, the “box and papers” or documents are the easiest things to reproduce, as they are just printed material. They do not "prove" that a watch is truly genuine.
